Shipping Policy

Shipping Information:

• The costs of delivery and additional octrai shall be borne by the buyer. All shipping charges are based on package weight and dimension.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Customer is responsible for all freight charges for refused shipments and these are added to the invoice total.
• Freight/insurance costs are prepaid.
• Dimensions/oversize weights are applied to freight charges when applicable.

Shopping Policies:

• Visa, MasterCard and online Transfers accepted.
• Sales tax in the form of VAT; (Value Added Tax) will be charged.
• Item availability and prices subject to change without notice.
• The price in effect when we receive your order will be the price that is charged.
• Upgrade offers and special promotions are subject to change.
• Manufacturer's warranties in effect at time of purchase apply.
• We are not responsible for typographic errors.

• No sales will be made outside India

Damage/Loss:

• All claims for damage/pilferage must be filed with delivering carrier. The delivering carrier is Overnite Express Limited. SatNav will not file this for you. Save all boxes and packing material.

• All claims for shortages/misshipments/misbillings must be made within 5 days of receipt.
